This is a sequel to The Anatomy of Peace, by the same author. It teaches the same concepts but in a different setting. This time, one of the fathers of a troubled teen takes what he learned in the Camp Mariah (Anasazi) training and applies it to his business relationships.
I first heard of this book many years ago. I found a teacher reading it at an Edufest conference. Her principal has suggested it to help her relate better with her students. You can google "Arbinger" to learn more about C.Terry Warners ideas.
